Hope Hill: Church Revival Terms of Use

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms are between you and Ten Talents Studio LLC ("we"). By playing Hope Hill: Church Revival ("Hope Hill"), you agree to them and to Apple's Standard License Agreement. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement controls.

1. The game

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play Hope Hill for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the game.

2. Lanterns and other virtual items

Lanterns, energy, lumber, hope, supplies, meals, decor and other in-game items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money. They are licensed to you for use in the game, not sold. Lanterns you buy are delivered right away and are used up as you spend them. Because progress is saved only on your device, deleting the game or losing your device deletes your items, including Lanterns. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Hope Hill Pass subscription

• The Hope Hill Pass costs $4.99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your device's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
• The Pass includes: every ad reward without watching an ad, 3 extra garden beds, a bigger daily gift and a supporter badge. We may add benefits; if we remove one, we'll tell you in the game first.

4. One-time purchases and restoring them

The Welcome pack and Helping Hands can each be bought once. If you reinstall the game or move to a new device with the same Apple Account, tap Restore purchases in the store to get the Pass and Helping Hands back.

5. Ads

Some rewards can be earned by choosing to watch an ad. Ads are always optional. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads, but tell us if you see something inappropriate.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the game or parts of it. We'll post updated terms on this page and change the effective date above.

7. Disclaimer and limits

The game is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived.
