Stand Firm Squad Privacy Policy

Stand Firm Squad is a free game for kids about the Armor of God, made by Ten Talents Studio LLC ("we," "us"). We built it so children can play safely: the game does not collect personal information from players.

A note for parents and teachers

• No accounts, sign-ins, names, emails or photos are asked for.
• No ads, no in-app purchases, no chat and no way to talk to other players.
• Game progress and settings are saved only on the device the game is played on.
• We don't use analytics or tracking tools.

What the game stores, and where

Class links for teachers

Teachers can upload a verse list (for example a .docx, .txt or .csv file) to make a class link. The file is read on the teacher's device; it is not uploaded to us. The verses are packed into the link, and students who open it see those verses. Please include only Scripture or lesson text in the file, never students' names or other personal details.

Children under 13 (COPPA)

Stand Firm Squad is directed to children, so we follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect, use or share personal information from children. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to keep, review or delete: a parent can erase all game data by clearing the browser's data for standfirmsquad.com or deleting the home-screen app.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example in an email, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data retention

We do not retain personal information from players. If a parent or teacher emails us, we keep that message only as long as needed to answer it, and no longer than 12 months.

Service providers

Like any website, standfirmsquad.com is delivered by a hosting provider, which keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. The game also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means the browser contacts Google to download them.

Changes and contact

If we ever add features that collect information, such as accounts, purchases or online play, we will update this policy first and, where COPPA requires, ask for a parent's permission before collecting anything.
